GIN-GIN MULE

A tart and refreshing cocktail with a little bit of spice.

 

GLASSWARE: Copper Mug or Tall Glass

 

INGREDIENTS:

1.75 oz Fortunella Gin
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Spicy Ginger Beer
1 Mint Sprig

 

GARNISH: Mint Leaves

PROCESS

1. Measure the lime juice, simple syrup and mint into mixing glass or bottom of a shaker
2. Muddle the mint leaves and syrup
3. Stir in the gin, ginger beer and ice OR add the gin and ice to shaker, shake, then add ginger beer
4. Transfer to copper mug or tall glass
5. Garnish with fresh mint
